As a new business, we are offering Founder Member Fees to our first 50 sales and first 50 lettings instructions. Once you sign, your rate is fixed for as long as your agreement continues.

5%of the first year’s contractual rent, plus £150 setup fee, plus VAT

Interest on fees unpaid after their due date is charged at 5% above the Bank of England base rate. Inventories and reports are priced by property size and whether it is furnished.
