Every fee, in full, upfront. Shown plus VAT and including VAT. No hidden extras, no surprises at completion. If a fee is not on this page or in our Terms of Business, we will not charge it.

Selling

Sole agency runs for 12 weeks, then continues until either of us gives 14 days' notice. Professional photography, floorplans, premium listings on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and PrimeLocation, social media campaigns, open day events, and accompanied viewings are included. These are Founder Member Fees, available to our first 50 sales instructions only.

Letting and management

Buying

Buyers pay us nothing.

Renting

Tenants pay us no fees. The only payments allowed by law are rent, a holding deposit of up to one week's rent, a tenancy deposit, and a few defaults such as lost keys. See our Renter's Guide.

Referral fees

We do not currently receive referral fees from solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers or anyone else. If that ever changes, we will tell you the amount before you decide.
